About Me

Hello Everyone, my name is Chance Ryan Campos. I have always been fascinated with the world of IT. At the age of 9, I remember I enjoyed breaking into old game consoles and computers and learning how to put them back together; and troubleshooting issues within my first operating system (Windows 95). I started my IT career in 2008 as a Systems Support Specialist in the United States Army. My 4 years in active service opened many opportunities for me. I completed multiple courses such as A+, N+, CCNA Routers and Switches, and so forth. This also allowed me to obtain a college education, in which I started my Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering through Central Texas College and finished at the University Of Phoenix. After leaving active service in 2012, I worked in multiple helpdesk and analyst roles, which led to my current role as a Systems Engineer.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife and two chaotic, fun-loving kids, as well as outdoor cooking, video games, and watching movies. I have always enjoyed role-playing video games with puzzles and memory challenges the most. I think the Uncharted series would have to be my favorite. For movies I am always looking for a great comedy, my favorite movie of all time is “The Pest”. I love to travel and see new places and have always had an interest in marine life. I always enjoy going somewhere there is a big body of water where they allow you to view the marine world.
