- Successfully managed comms shop while in the US Army, ensuring communication equipment was supplied and functional during field training and deployments.
- Successfully trained soldiers on operating comms equipment and troubleshooting if required within my own battery/company and other batteries/companies outside of my own.

- In a previous company was a big part of project Titan in successfully implementing SAP NetWeaver incorporating EWM and ECC, and training employees on utilizing the software.
- Developed a tracking system and implemented a new process that resolved an issue on process international inventory that took 2 days to process to less than 4 hours.
- Created and implemented a solution to manage inventory for one of our international offices in Amsterdam from the United States.
- Successfully set up A/V equipment and calibrate for cancer support campaigns that had no issues during the campaigns.
Recent
- Migrated CISCO phone system (CUCM, CUC, and UCCX) version 4.3 to a new SIP provider and new CISCO phone system version 11.5 without impacting the production environment.
- Migrated local on-prem exchange to exchange online, with very minimal impact to production
- Starting of the pandemic successfully migrated employees from in the office to at home by implementing a Secure Mobility Access and RD Gateway solutions.
- During acquisition was able to successfully migrate employees and workstations over to parent company domain with little impact to the production environment.
- Secured infrastructure environment by hardening servers and network, by incorporating client firewall, removing insecure cipher suites, and removing insecure TLS/SSL protocols from the environment with zero impact to the production environment.
